2. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: 3–5 working days from dispatch
  • Larger items (e.g. furniture or beds): May take 7–14 working days, depending on location and courier availability
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, courier delays, or peak periods.

3. Delivery Areas

  • We deliver across mainland UK.
  • For deliveries to Northern Ireland, Highlands, Islands, or remote areas, please contact us in advance – additional charges or longer delivery times may apply.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery location.
  • Free delivery may be available for large or bulk orders – please get in touch for a custom quote.

5. Furniture & Bulky Deliveries

  • Larger items will be delivered via specialist courier services.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is accessible and that items will fit through doorways or into lifts where required.
  • Failed deliveries due to access issues may result in additional redelivery charges.

6. Delivery Issues
