Important Note on Fulfillment: CohostyWare House is a curated online retailer. We partner with global suppliers to ship your orders directly to you, ensuring you get the best prices. This means your order may arrive in separate packages and on slightly different timelines.

1. Returns & Refunds Eligibility

*   15-Day Return Window:** We accept returns and process refunds for items within 15 days of the item being delivered to you.
*   Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same original condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
*   Proof: You will need to provide proof of purchase (your order number) and photos or a video of the item.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or digital reasons:
*   Intimate items** (e.g., socks, underwear).
*   Software, digital downloads,** or access codes.
*   Personal care items** (e.g., hair accessories, cosmetics).
*   Items that are personalized or made-to-order.

3. Return Process: Step-by-Step

Due to our fulfillment model, we do not use returns labels to international suppliers. Instead, we follow a simple process:

1.  Contact Us: Do not ship the item back to us or the supplier without authorization. First, email our customer service team at info@cohostywarehouse.co.uk with your:

    *   Product name
    *   Reason for return
    *   Photos/video of the item

2.  Assessment & Instructions: Our team will review your request within 48 business hours. We will provide you with instructions on what to do next.

3.  Refund Issued: Once your return is received and inspected (if required), we will immediately notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within **10 business days**. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

We sincerely apologize if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 Please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
 Provide your order number and clear photos or video evidence of the issue.
 We will typically resolve this by either:

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Our Fault (Wrong/Damaged Item): We will fully cover the cost of return shipping for any item we sent incorrectly or that arrived damaged.
    Change of Mind / Buyer's Remorse:** The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.

6. Missing or Lost Packages

While rare, if your tracking information shows a package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office first. If you are unable to locate the package, contact us and we will open an investigation with our fulfillment partner.
